SF Support
Shell Foundation supported AMI between 2017-2019 to develop training and development programmes for access to energy companies in Africa, and develop content that met specific sector needs, such as managing distributed teams.
We worked with AMI as they expanded their service offering to Nigeria, and developed a financing facility to help early-stage A2E companies access high quality human capital solutions to support their growth.
