The goal of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) is to track the social, economic, and environmental outcomes of SF’s support and evaluate the foundation’s success in meeting its charitable objectives. SF’s MEL is formed of two distinct areas: 1) routine performance monitoring; and 2) impact assessments.
