As a registered UK Charity, our governance structure includes a board of trustees who oversee our
work and ensure we are working towards our Access to Energy and Sustainable Mobility
objectives. The Shell Foundation board includes a mix of senior leaders from the Shell Group and
leading figures from sectors relevant to international development.

Our team has vast experience in international business and development from around the globe. We believe the diversity of our employees backgrounds and experience – we have more than 12 nationalities from five continents represented within the team and operations in the UK, India and China – comes together to help Shell Foundation deliver on its charitable mission.
